Purpose-built for K9 operations and tactical law enforcement, the 2024 Chevrolet Tahoe K9 Unit delivers mission-ready performance for the Kendall County Police Department. This fully outfitted police SUV combines comfort, safety, and operational efficiency to support both human and canine officers in the field.

At the heart of the build is the American Aluminum EZ Rider K-9 insert, which includes a custom-fitted rubber liner, EZ Cool Guard System, and Rescue Module with Pager Wiring Harness—ensuring a safe, climate-controlled environment for K9 partners.

To enhance tactical readiness, this Tahoe features a Weiser Gun Rack and a Troy Eco Line Aluminum storage box with a Cargo Deck system designed for Stopstick storage and rapid gear access. Inside, a Troy Center Console houses all key systems for intuitive control.

For maximum visibility and response capability, the SUV is equipped with a full Whelen emergency lighting package, including ION T-Series lights, Vertex LEDs, and dual 100-watt siren speakers, all operated via a Whelen WECANX Cencom Core Control Head.
